Oscar has years of experience within venture capital, private equity as well as being an active member of a variety of boards. He has strong abilities to assess when to act as a supportive sound board for ideas and when to be an operatively active decision maker, whether it may concern an early-stage start-up or a larger company.
At Vencubator, Oscar acts as an Investment Manager. He is an expert in financial analysis, but sees people as the ultimate indicator of a good investment opportunity.
Oscar holds a MSc in Finance from Hanken School of Economics, a BSc in Retail Management from Stockholm School of Economics as well as he has completed an Executive Education in Venture Capital from Berkley, Haas School of Business.
Frida von Hertzen
With a unique background bridging business and the creative industries, Frida has a strong sense of the humanistic side that lays as a foundation for every business.
In her role as a Senior Venture Analyst, she focuses on screening high-potential investment opportunities while actively supporting portfolio companies with operational initiatives.
Frida holds a BCs from Hanken School of Economics, as well as a BAs from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) in London.
Nelson Jones
After gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced startup environment, where he specialized in new market expansion, Nelson joined Vencubator as an intern.
Today, as a Senior Venture Analyst, Nelson focuses on screening high-potential investment opportunities while actively supporting portfolio companies with operational initiatives.
Nelson holds a BSc in Finance from Hanken School of Economics with a semester spent abroad at Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
Henrik Andersin
As the founder, former CEO and former chairman of the board of Evli Plc, Henrik has extensive experience in the banking and investing industry. Through the years, Henrik has always carved his own path and has achieved tremendous success along the way.
Henrik is the founder and chairman of the board of Vencubator. He is a visionary, with an exceptional ability to focus on possibilities and a greater end-goal, rather than fixating on any problems that may occur along the way.
Henrik holds a MSc degree from Hanken School of Economics and holds certificates from London Business School as well as Berkley, Haas School of Business. He is also an alumni of Harvard Business School.
